What data we process and why
- Quote requests and calls: name, company, email, phone and event details, to prepare and send you the proposal.
- Guide download: email, to send it to you and, if you agree, related communications.
- Clients: the data needed to manage the event and invoicing.
- Marketing communications: only if you tick the box “I want to receive news and offers” will we use your name and email to send you news, offers and event ideas from Eventos 360 by email. It's optional and doesn't affect your request.
Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the form and, for clients, the performance of the contract. For marketing communications, your express and separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to info@eventos360.es.
How long we keep it
For as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legal retention periods. Requests that don't lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.
Who we share it with
Only with the suppliers needed for your event (venues, catering) and with data processors such as our CRM for managing requests and the FormSubmit form service. We don't sell data.
International transfers
Some of these providers (for example, email, forms, CRM or analytics) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case they do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of and port your data by writing to info@eventos360.es. If you're not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
