In Barcelona the day of the week has a big impact on availability and price. Thursdays offer the same atmosphere as Fridays with more venues free, and conditions improve outside December. Booking one or two months ahead lets you choose the venue and negotiate better.
We always work with the venue exclusively for your company and a single contact who coordinates menu, bar, music, decoration and branding. If you want your brand present, we add a photocall, videos or gifts for attendees.
