How to organise a team building in Barcelona

A team building works when it is designed backwards: the goal first, then the activity. Bonding a team that already knows each other is not the same as integrating new hires or celebrating a good quarter. So before proposing anything, we ask what you want to change in the team after the day.
Barcelona plays in your favour: sea, mountains and city within an hour. In spring and autumn, outdoor activities (treasure hunts in El Born, regattas at Port Olímpic, beach olympics) are the most requested; in winter and mid-summer, indoor formats such as cooking workshops, tastings or escape rooms work better. Every outdoor activity has an indoor plan B.
Large groups are split into teams of 8 to 12 people, each with an instructor, and we always close with a shared moment: lunch, vermouth or an awards ceremony. That is what turns an activity into a team memory.
Indicative lead times: 3 to 6 weeks for most formats and around 2 months in high season. If you combine the activity with a dinner or a work session, we coordinate it all on the same day.
