How to organise a convention or kick-off in Barcelona

A convention or kick-off has a clear goal: aligning the whole company around the year's results and challenges. For it to work, content leads and production supports: stage, screens and sound serve the speakers without the tech getting in the way.
January and February host most kick-offs. If the event exceeds 300 people, start planning 6 to 12 months ahead, above all to secure the venue and, for travelling attendees, hotels outside major trade-fair weeks.
The most common set-up combines plenaries, team workshops, an activity and a closing dinner on the same day. We coordinate timings, transfers between venues and meals so the day flows. If part of the team can't travel, we stream it live with professional direction.
We also handle the less visible part: attendee registration and badges, pre-event communication, coffee breaks and a final report with attendance and feedback.
