The summer party, by contrast, is just for the team and revolves around sunset: terrace, cocktails, barbecue or paella and a DJ. June is the most requested month, so book two or three months ahead.
In Barcelona the summer heat rules: we schedule family days in the morning or late afternoon and choose venues with shade and an indoor area. We include insurance and first aid when the format requires it.
A photo booth or a small keepsake to take home closes the day and makes the experience last beyond the event.
