Barcelona is one of Europe's most popular congress cities thanks to its connections, hotel supply and experienced venues. That same demand means planning early: 6 to 12 months ahead to secure the venue, breakout rooms and accommodation at a good price.
The date is a strategic decision. During the city's major trade fairs hotel occupancy soars; if your congress isn't tied to them, choosing another week can make accommodation much cheaper. We check the Fira de Barcelona calendar before proposing dates.
We organise the congress in phases: before (venue, budget, registration site and communication), during (badges, rooms, AV and speaker support) and after (attendance report, surveys and materials). One team coordinates everything so you have a single point of contact.
For international speakers or attendees, we handle travel, schedules and English-language support, and prepare a social programme with an official dinner at a unique venue.
